A Few Words About Our Restaurant

“Born in Modena, Italy. My Nonna ran a Locanda, which inspired me to start my restaurant career near Springs before I moved to Durban. My unique style of food preparation and making home-made pasta, is legendary. I was joined by my son Marco, who opened up Mamma Luciana’s Trattoria on the Berea in 1999. We later, in 2010 introduced a branch in Glenashley…attached with a deli and coffee shop. Now you can enjoy my home made pastas in your own home!”
